Coaching for new and aspiring managers

1-to-1 coaching is often something that's made available to senior managers and above or to those identified for such roles in the future. In consequence, such coaching can command very high prices, putting it out of the reach of many people. Whilst at The Alchemist we strongly advocate developing a coaching culture within your own business, we recognise that you do not always have the people for such a responsibility, and there are also times when you do not have the time to develop this capability within your business but you still need the benefits that coaching can bring. That is why we provide value for money coaching for new and aspiring managers that enables you to commission coaching support for less senior people in your team. Following a free 30-minute 'chemistry' session, in which the coach and potential coachee will be able to assess if this is the right solution for them and your business, if it is decided to go ahead then you can commission a number of sessions for your team member. Whilst the contents of the sessions will remain confidential between the coach and coachee we will encourage the coachee to speak to you/their manager about the sessions as their support will be a crucial part of the success of the coaching intervention.
